The Fioretti & Soglia Legal Firm was born from the professional commitment and collaboration of the lawyers Domenico Fioretti and Annalisa Soglia who, at the end of 2019, decide to put their skills and activities together and offer integrated consultancy and expert legal assistance services to their clients. In 2020, the law Firm Fioretti & Partners, founded in 2010, changed its name, merging with the lawyer Annalisa Soglia Firm, founded in 2006 and moved from the historic headquarters by Via Enrico Fioretti 12, to the current headquarters in Via Stanislao Esposito 4, both in Avellino.

The experiences of the Professionals, lawyers Domenico Fioretti and Annalisa Soglia, although matured in different areas, were convergent and complementary so as to determine the identification of a single, common, operational area, in which the skills are perfectly integrated, constituting a quid pluris for customers.

The professional career of the lawyer Domenico Fioretti – started in a banking group of primary national importance, as internal lawyer and advisor for about 24 years, continued in teaching and consulting, internal and external with skills in civil, banking, financial, commercial, corporate, GDPR and legal compliance law- and of the lawyer Annalisa Soglia – started independently with skills in civil, commercial, corporate, GDPR, bankruptcy and enforcement law – has allowed a thorough knowledge of the sectors in which the Firm is specialized.
